RTF- Audit was established in 2002. The firm provides services in the sphere of accounting and audit to commercial and non-profit organizations, including local and foreign companies and sole entrepreneurs. Audit

- Statutory and voluntary audit of financial statements of Russian legal entities in accordance with Russian Standards on Audit;

• Our firm is being annually rated by The Dengi Magazine (Commersant Publishing House). According to the latest rating (April 2009) RTF-Audit was ranked the 69th amongst the 100 largest audit firms in Russia.

Quality Control

• We have established quality control policy and procedures in full accordance with Russian and international standards. The firm is periodically being reviewed by quality control department of Moscow Audit Chamber. We have also successfully passed the reviews by IAPA representative and USAID regional controllers.

Personnel

Our personnel is highly qualified in the Russian accounting and audit standards as well as in the international standards (GAAP and IFRS). Our specialists have Russian Audit and Professional Accountant Certificates, some have successfully passed ACCA and US CPA exams.
