RTF- Audit was established in 2002. The firm provides services in the sphere of accounting and audit to commercial and non-profit organizations, including local and foreign companies and sole entrepreneurs. Audit

- Statutory and voluntary audit of financial statements of Russian legal entities in accordance with Russian Standards on Audit;

- Audit of financial statements of branches and representative offices of foreign companies in accordance with the Russian and International Standards on Audit;

- Audit of grant recipients (including USAID grant recipients in accordance with US Government Audit Standards).

- Preparation of yearly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with RAS and IFRS;

Personnel

Our personnel is highly qualified in the Russian accounting and audit standards as well as in the international standards (GAAP and IFRS). Our specialists have Russian Audit and Professional Accountant Certificates, some have successfully passed ACCA and US CPA exams.

International issues
