Moreover, in 2006 and 2007 we audited the use of grant funds issued by the European Commission to the Physics and Soil Science Departments of the M.V. Lomonosov State University.

Our Company is sufficiently experienced in auditing financial (accounting) statements of non-for-profit organizations prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards. Thus, for instance, we audited accounting statements of “Russian Microfinance Center” Foundation, the Foundation “Gaidar Institute for the Economic Policy (the former “Institute for the Economy in Transition”), “Meta” Children’s Charitable Foundation.

FOREIGN COMPANIES

Russian branches and Representative offices of US, Japanese, Swiss, Finnish, Chinese and Singaporean companies are among our clients. Thus, for instance, Russian Representative offices of well-known manufacturers of Gigabyte and Silicon Power computer equipment are among our regular clients.

In 2008 our auditors acted as experts of Russian participants in the Auditing Committee and assisted in arranging two Councils of participants of the following Russian-Mongolian companies: Erdenet Mining Corporation (ore mining and ore processing factory: copper, molybdenum, located in Erdenet, Mongolia), and “Mongolrostsvetmet” located in Ulan Bator, Mongolia.

In November 2009 “RTF-Audit” LLC was enrolled on the list of companies recommended by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Representative office in the Russian Federation, and published on the site of its Commercial Department.
