Fleur de Sante Ltd. is a Russian subsidiary of Fleur de Sante, a Scandinavian cosmetic company, which have been developing and promoting the products on their own over 30 years. A range of products under brand name “Fleur de Santé” has several production lines: cosmetics, perfume, women’s underclothes and jewelry items. The Representative offices and subsidiaries of Fleur de Santé are located in 7 countries: Norway, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Russia.
The headquarters of the Company is at Malino, Sweden. There are 7 branch offices of the Company in Russia: Saint Petersburg, Ufa, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Samara, Kazan and Yekaterinburg, and there are more than 200 distributing centers, and a trading network of 30,000 independent advisers distributing the Company’s products all over Russia.

Fleur de Sante has been cooperating with RTF-Audit since 2007. Every year the former engages the latter to conduct a mandatory audit of their financial statements prepared in accordance with the Russian accounting principles, as well as to express an audit opinion on whether their financial statements are prepared by the founder’s order subject to the Swedish GAAP and constitute a part of the consolidated statements of the Swedish holding confirmed by the auditors of PricewaterhouseCoopers – Malmö. In 2010 the auditors of Pricewaterhouse- Coopers – Malmö highly appreciated the quality of an audit carried out by RTF-Audit with regard to the financial statements of our company. For four years of cooperation with RTF-Audit our Company has highly appreciated diligence the auditors show to our problems, a complex approach to solving those problems, an efficient response, and high competence of the auditors. All this is essential for our Company both to duly keep accounting records and to find decisions in disputable matters relating to accounting and taxation records maintenance as well.We are thankful to RTF-Audit for rendering high quality services and looking forward to our further effective cooperation.
